How can I get in touch?

Do you have social media?

I do! You can find me on Instagram at @ismodesignstudio. I am hoping to set up a TikTok account soon to show more of my processes of working so keep your eyes peeled!

How much do you charge?

I charge a flat rate of £25 per hour, however most of the work I do I price upon application as every job is varied and I find that my clients prefer a cost for the work as a whole.

Do you offer branding packages?

I absolutely do! I offer a few different package options for branding which you can find out more about on my branding page here. I can also offer custom packages to suit you and your specific needs. Get in touch and lets see what we can do!

I need a designer, but how does it all work?

You can either fill out the contact form here or send me a direct email to ismodesign@outlook.com about what it is you are looking for. I will get back to you as soon as possible with information about what I can offer you and what the next steps are.

Do we have to meet in person?

We absolutely don't have to if it is not suitable for you. Lockdown changed the way we all worked and as a graphic designer I have adapted to working from home and communicating through online platforms. A lot of requests can be easily communicated entirely over email but if there is more discussions needed to be had, we can either arrange video calls or meet up somewhere locally to discuss in more detail - it is entirely dependant on what works for you and the project in hand.

What if I change my mind?

After initial briefing and relevant discussions, I will provide you with an itemised quote for the work requested. This quote will include a deposit amount that will need to be paid in order for work to commence as well as details surrounding charges if you change your mind at any stage of the process. I am a small business and so these steps are necessary to ensure I am protected and paid for the work I have completed. If you are unhappy with any of the details mentioned in the quote, please discuss your concerns with me prior to paying the deposit.

How do I know I will be satisfied with your work?

I pride myself on my ability to communicate with my clients at every stage and will endeavour to deliver exactly what is promised. I am confident that you will be very satisfied with the work produced, but if there are any concerns that you have, please do let me know and we can deal with it on an individual basis. Thank you.

What qualifications do you have?

I studied art and design at GCSE and A-Level before proceeding to Northumbria University in Newcastle to study Motion Graphics and Animation Design which I graduated in with a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts. The course was incredibly varied and opened me up to many different areas of design which you will see from my work, which I have carried with me ever since. I have for many years since been working in the marketing industry as a graphic designer and Senior Graphic Designer with brands such as 11 Degrees, JD Sports, SikSilk, CAT and many more. I have also undertaken many freelance branding and design projects for local businesses which I am hoping to do more of.
